Refund Policy

Trial Period

New members can try Kyntos for 14 days for $14. If you decide Kyntos isn’t right for you, you can cancel anytime during the 14-day trial period. The $14 trial fee is non-refundable, but you will not be charged anything further.
To cancel during your trial, log into your account, go to Settings, and select Cancel Subscription. You can also email us at support@kyntos.com and we will cancel your account immediately.

Subscription Billing

If you do not cancel before the end of your 14-day trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a 6-month membership and your payment method will be charged the full 6-month subscription amount. This gives you uninterrupted access to Kyntos for the full 6-month period.

Cancellation After Trial

You may cancel your subscription at any time after the trial converts. Canceling stops your subscription from renewing at the end of your current 6-month period. You will retain full access to Kyntos through the end of your paid period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time within a paid 6-month period.

7-Day Satisfaction Window

If your trial converts to a paid subscription and you contact us within 7 days of that conversion charge, we will issue a full refund and cancel your account. No questions asked. After 7 days, the 6-month subscription fee is non-refundable.

Billing Errors and Special Circumstances

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at support@kyntos.ai within 30 days of the charge. We review all billing concerns and will issue refunds where appropriate.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Kyntos account, going to Settings, and selecting Manage Subscription. You can also email support@kyntos.ai and we will process your cancellation within one business day.
